Shalfa Signs SAR 161.99 Million Contract with Presidency of State Security

Shalfa Facilities Management Co. announced the signing of a contract with the Presidency of State Security to carry out operation, maintenance, and cleaning services for the administrative buildings affiliated with the directorate in Riyadh. The contract is valued at SAR 161.99 million.

According to the company’s statement on Tadawul, the financial impact of this agreement is expected to begin reflecting in the company’s results during the first half of 2025.

This signing follows Shalfa’s earlier announcement on December 23, 2024, regarding the project’s award by the Presidency of State Security.
