Saudi Exchange announces that fluctuation limits for Dar Almarkabah will be based on a share price of SAR 4.00

Dar Almarkabah for Renting Cars Co. EGM held on Wednesday 2025/02/12 has approved the forward split of its shares. Thus, the fluctuation limits on Thursday 2025/02/13 for Dar Almarkabah for Renting Cars Co. will be based on a share price of SAR 4.00 and the outstanding orders will be canceled. Furthermore, the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) will deposit the forward split shares into the investor’s portfolios by Monday 2025/02/17.
