Saudi Enaya Postpones General Assembly Meeting Due to Lack of Quorum

Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Company announced that its Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting, scheduled for February 10, 2025, was not held due to the absence of the required legal quorum. The attendance rate for the first meeting stood at 13.86%, while the second meeting recorded an attendance of 14.32%.

The company confirmed that a new invitation will be issued for the third meeting after finalizing its date and obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals. It is noted that the third meeting will be held regardless of the number of shares with voting rights represented therein.
