SABIC Agri-Nutrients Company announced on Tuesday, February 18 the resignation of its Board Member and Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC), Mr. Khalid bin Salem Al-Rowais (Independent Member).
The company stated that Al-Rowais submitted his resignation on Monday, February 17, 2025, and it will take effect on Tuesday, February 18, 2025.
The resignation comes as his independent board membership status was affected by one of the conditions outlined in Article (19), Clause (C/6) of the Corporate Governance Regulations.
