Mulkia Assembly Elects BOD Members for Next Term

Mulkia Investment Company announced on Tuesday the approval of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) to elect Board of Directors members from among the candidates for the next term.

According to the Company’s statement on “Tadawul”, the elected members are represented by:

1. Mr. Ibrahim Mohamed Alhudaithi;

2. Mr. Sultan Mohamed Alhudaithi;

3. Mr. Mazen Abdulaziz Alhumaid;

4. Mr. Majed Suliman Alnafie;

5. Mr. Ziad Bandar Alyousef;

6. Mr. Mutlaq Mohamed Almutlaq
