Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) announced on Wednesday, February 19, that its Board of Directors has approved an interim cash dividend of SAR 1,001 million for the second half of 2024. The dividend, set at SAR 1.30 per share, represents 13% of the nominal share value.
In a statement on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), Mobily confirmed that 770 million shares are eligible for the dividend. The distribution date is scheduled for April 9, 2025.
Shareholders registered by the entitlement date, Thursday, March 20, 2025 (20-09-1446H), will be eligible for the payout, with records maintained at the Securities Depository Center.
