March 18: SGS Assembly Elects BOD Members for Next Term

Saudi Ground Services Company (SGS) announced on Tuesday that its Board of Directors called on shareholders to participate and vote in the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) scheduled to be held on March 18 via modern technology using the Tadawulaty system.

According to the Company’s statement on “Tadawul”, voting will be held to elect members of the Board of Directors from among the candidates for the next term, which starts from May 06, 2025 and lasts for (4) years.
