Marble Design Factory Company announced the resolutions of its Board of Directors, reappointing Ahmed Abdullah Abdulrahman Al-Kharashi as Chairman, Mohammed Abdulrahman Rashid Al-Rumaizan as Vice Chairman, and Nawaf Mohammed Abdullah Al-Kharashi as a Board Member and Managing Director.
Additionally, the Board appointed Mahmoud Ahmed Abdel Jalil Madani as Chief Executive Officer.
The company also announced the appointment of Abdullah Ibrahim Suleiman Al-Angari, an external board member, as Chairman of the Audit Committee, along with other committee members.
According to the company, the appointment of Mahmoud Ahmed Abdel Jalil Madani as CEO follows the conclusion of Dr. Nawaf Mohammed Al-Kharashi’s term, which ended with the completion of the previous Board’s tenure.
