Lamasat Signs Investment Agreement with Royal Commission to Open Yanbu Branch

Lamasat Co. announced on Tuesday the signing of an investment agreement with the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, to lease a commercial land in the Commission’s area to establish another branch for the Company.

According to the Company, the contract includes investing in a commercial land in the Royal Commission in Yanbu for a period of 20 years (twenty years), for the purpose of establishing a new branch for the Company there, as the land area is (418.9) square metres, and the annual rental value of the land is SAR 16,756.

The Company expects this agreement to increase its revenues in the coming years, as the financial impact of the project will be reflected in the second quarter of 2026.
