My sons and daughters, my brothers and sisters, citizens and residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Muslims everywhere,

May the peace, blessings, and mercy of Allah be upon you.

We express our gratitude to Allah for granting us the privilege of witnessing the blessed month of Ramadan, a period of mercy and forgiveness.

We extend our congratulations on the arrival of the holy month, and we beseech Allah Almighty to grant us success in observing its fasts and prayers.

We acknowledge with profound gratitude the honor bestowed upon this blessed nation in serving the two holy mosques and their visitors, pilgrims, and Umrah performers, a noble tradition upheld by the kings of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since its unification under the leadership of King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud.

Muslims,

The month of Ramadan represents a sublime season of virtuous deeds, wherein blessings descend, rewards are multiplied, sins are absolved, and the spirit of brotherhood among Muslims is manifest. Let us, therefore, seize this blessed opportunity in obedience to Allah, seeking His divine pleasure.

We supplicate to Allah Almighty to bestow upon us security and tranquility, to grant peace and stability to all nations, to ensure the safety and stability of our brothers in Palestine, and to protect our nation, the Islamic Ummah, and the entire world.

May the peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you.”
