Ghida AlSultan Elects Five Board Members for New Term

Ghida AlSultan Fast Food Company announced on Sunday the results of its Ordinary General Assembly meeting (first meeting), held last Thursday, during which shareholders approved the election of Board of Directors members for the upcoming term.

The new board will serve a three-year term, starting from February 13, 2025, and concluding on November 20, 2027. The elected members are:

1. Mr. Aref bin Qaid Al-Musbahi
2. Prince Mansour bin Saad Al Saud
3. Mr. Bader bin Hassan Al-Othman
4. Mr. Naif bin Hader Al-Araifi
5. Mr. Ibrahim bin Abdullah Al-Hudaythi
