Faisal Al-Obaid Appointed to Watani Steel as BOD Member
Watani Iron and Steel Company announced on Wednesday the decision of its Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee, to approve the appointment of Mr. Faisal Muhammad Hammad Al-Ubaid as a member of the Board of Directors (independent member), to complete the current Board term, which ends on July 01, 2026.
