Elm BOD decides to distribute cash dividends of 40% for H2, 2024

Elm Company announced the Board of Directors’ decision to distribute interim cash dividends to shareholders for the second half of 2024, with a total distributed amount of 310.84 million riyals, with the share’s share of the distribution being 4 riyals per share, and a distribution ratio to the nominal share value of 40%.

The company said that the number of shares eligible for dividends is 77.71 shares, indicating that the distribution date is March 17.
