CATRION Signs Lease Agreement with Jeddah Airport Company to Operate at King Abdulaziz International Airport

CATRION Catering Holding Company has signed a lease agreement with Jeddah Airport Company to operate its services at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah.

The lease agreement, which spans 15 years, includes a rental fee based on either a guaranteed minimum or a variable rate, starting at 3.5% of the total revenues from aircraft catering services at the leased site. This fee will increase annually, reaching 5.5% by the end of the lease term, whichever amount is higher.

The agreement, as disclosed in a statement on Tadawul, is part of CATRION Catering Holding’s ongoing efforts to support its sustainability initiatives, in response to the rising passenger traffic and increased flight operations. It also bolsters the company’s leadership position in the aviation services sector, aligning with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
