Americana BOD Recommends 2024 Cash Dividend of SAR 0.0569 per Share

Americana Restaurants International PLC – Foreign Company announced on Wednesday the Board of Directors’ recommendation to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the year 2024 at SAR 447.8 million, equivalent to 75.4% of the nominal value of the share.

The number of shares eligible for dividends is 8.39 million shares at SAR 0.0569 per share, while the right to dividends will be for shareholders who own shares at the end of trading on the day of the General Assembly Meeting, and who are registered in the Company’s shareholders’ register with the Securities Depository Centre Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the due date.
