Alwaha REIT Distributes SAR 5.2 Million in H2 2024 Cash Dividends

AL Wasatah Al Maliah (Wasatah Capital) announced on Tuesday the distribution of SAR 5.2 million in cash dividends to the Unitholders of the Alwaha REIT Fund for the period from July 01, 2024 to Dec. 31, 2024, equivalent to 2.74% of the net asset value.

The number of existing units on the basis of which the cash dividends will be made is 15 million units, while the value of the distributed profit per unit is SAR 0.35 per unit.

According to the Company, the eligibility for cash dividends will be for the Unitholders according to their record at the end of Feb. 26, 2025, while the distributions shall be paid within (15) working days.
