Al Rashid Industrial: Audit Committee Member Resigns, Mousa Al-Mousa Appointed as Replacement

Al Rashid Industrial Co. announced on Wednesday the Board of Directors’ decision to resign Mr. Nasser bin Mohammed bin Ali Al-Deghaither from his membership in the Audit Committee due to personal circumstances, with the resignation taking effect from February 11, 2025.

The Board also decided to appoint Mr. Mousa bin Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Mousa as a member of the Audit Committee (independent member) in the vacant position effective from February 11, 2025, to complete the current term of the committee, which ends on July 01, 2026.

According to the Company, Al-Mousa has extensive experience in the field of auditing and review, and has previously worked in the financial sector for a number of joint-stock companies. He currently works as a certified accountant and bankruptcy trustee. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from King Saud University and a fellowship from the Saudi Organisation for Auditors and Accountants (SOCPA).
