Thobe Al Aseel Company announced that its Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Acting CEO Abdulrahman Saeed Ali Al Maleh, effective February 6, 2025, as he moves on to a new professional opportunity.
The Board has appointed Khalid bin Abdullah Saleh Al-Omar as CEO, effective February 7, 2025, recognizing his extensive leadership experience and contributions to the company’s growth.
Al-Omar brings over 25 years of expertise in management, operations, and sales. He has held several executive and leadership positions, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer at AlJedaie Fabrics, a subsidiary of Thobe Al Aseel Company, where he played a key role in optimizing operations and driving strategic expansion. His experience in project management and business development is expected to further strengthen the company’s performance.
