WSM for Information Technology Announces Formation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee

WSM for Information Technology Co. announces the issuance of the Board of Directors’ decision dated 06/01/2025 to form the Nomination and Remuneration Committee as follows:

1. Mr. Fahad Ibrahim Alaboud (Member from within the Board) (Chairman of the Committee)

Brief Resume of the Appointed Member:

Mr. Fahad Alaboud has more than twenty-one years of financial and administrative experience in the public and private sectors. He has also served as chairman and member of several executive boards and committees. Mr. Fahad holds a master’s degree in accounting and finance from the United Kingdom and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from King Saud University. He also holds a certificate of the Executive Development Program from the United States of America, in addition to many specialized training courses

1. Mr. Turki Abdulrahman Al Atef (Committee Member) (Member from outside the Board)

Brief Resume of the Appointed Member:

Mr. Turki Al Atef has more than Eighteen years of experience in the human resources management field in the government and private sectors and is currently the Vice President of Human Resources for the Center of Excellence for Human Capital in one of the Public Investment Fund companies, Mr. Turki holds a master’s degree in human resources management from Al Yamamah University in addition to many programs and training courses specialized in leadership, management and human resources from international institutes specialized in business administration.

1. Ms. Amal Ayed Alotaibi (Committee Member) (Member from outside the Board)

Brief Resume of the Appointed Member:

Ms. Amal Al-Otaibi has a financial and administrative experience and an extensive experience in the governance and compliance sector exceeding twenty-three years in the government, financial, private and non-profit sectors, and she is a member of several boards, executive committees, audit and risk committees, nomination and remuneration committees in various sectors. Ms. Amal obtained a bachelor’s degree from King Saud University and obtained development certificates from INSEAD and Harvard, in addition to many specialized training courses

Their term begins on 06/01/2025 until the end of the current Board term on 20/09/2026
