View Signs Contract to Develop SAR 164 Million Residential Tower in Riyadh

View United Real Estate Development Company announced on Monday the signing of a SAR 164 million contract to develop a residential tower in the Al-Nakheel district on King Fahd Road in Riyadh.

According to a statement on “Tadawul,” the contract will financially impact the “projects under implementation” item throughout the development, implementation, and sale phases. A positive impact on revenues is anticipated to commence immediately after the initiation of implementation operations, following the receipt of necessary approvals and licenses.

The project involves related parties, including Wavz Real Estate Development Company and Anyar Real Estate Development Company.
