TAQAT Extends MoU with Bayan until March 31
TAQAT Mineral Trading Company announced on Wednesday the extension of a Memorandum of Understanding (non-binding) to acquire 100% of Bayan Transport Trading Company, until March 31, 2025.
This came in addition to the Company’s previous announcement on “Tadawul” about extending the Memorandum of Understanding until Dec. 31, 2024, which was scheduled to expire on Sep. 1, 2024.
