“Sure”: E-voting on GA items meetings to start on Sunday

Sure International Technology Company announced that shareholders registered in Tadawulati services can vote electronically remotely on the items of the assembly starting from 01:00 AM on (Sunday) January 5 until the end of the assembly meeting time.

This comes in reference to the announcement of Sure International Technology Company on the Tadawul website dated 12-18-2024 AD regarding inviting shareholders to attend the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (first meeting) and the second meeting after an hour, scheduled to be held at 06:30 PM on Wednesday 07-08-1446 AH (according to Umm Al-Qura calendar) corresponding to 01-08-2025 AD at the company’s headquarters in Riyadh via modern technology means (remotely) using Tadawulati services.
