SPIMACO ADDWAIEH Elects Board Members on Feb. 26

Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries & Medical Appliances Corp. (SPIMACO ADDWAIEH) announced on Wednesday that its Board of Directors invited shareholders to participate and vote in the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting scheduled to be held on Feb. 26 in person at the Company’s headquarters and through modern technology using the Tadawulaty system.

According to the Company’s statement on “Tadawul”, voting will be held to elect members of the Board of Directors from among the candidates for the next session, which starts on April 03, 2025, for a period of four years, ending on April 02, 2029.

Voting will also be held on the participation of the candidate for membership of the Board of Directors, Dr. Ibrahim Abdulrhman Aljuffali, in a business competing with the Company’s activities. Voting will also be held on the participation of the candidate for membership of the Board of Directors, Mr. Jumaah Diwan Al-bahadili, in a business competing with the company’s activities.
