Saudi Exchange Lifts Suspension on Tihama Advertising Shares

The decision follows the company’s publication of its interim financial results for the period ending September 30, 2024, on December 31, 2024. Trading in Tihama Advertising’s shares was suspended on July 30, 2024, due to the company’s failure to disclose its financial statements within the specified timeframe.
The Saudi Exchange invoked its authority under the Listing Rules to restore trading after the company complied with the reporting requirements.
