Saudi Chemical Company Holding Appoints Abdullah Alznaedi as CEO

Saudi Chemical Company Holding announced that its Board of Directors has approved an amendment to the CEO’s resignation date, moving it to January 31 instead of February 28, based on his request.

The company also confirmed the appointment of Eng. Abdullah Abdulaziz Alznaedi as CEO, effective February 1, 2025.

According to the company’s statement on Tadawul, Eng. Alznaedi holds a chemical engineering degree from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (1993) and an executive MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management (2016).

With over 31 years of industrial experience, he spent 24 years at SABIC, where he held several leadership roles, most recently serving as CEO of SABIC Africa. He began his career at SPIMACO, where he worked for three years, before joining Saudi Chemical Company in 2021, where he currently serves as CEO of the Explosives Sector.
