ProMedEx announces renewal, increase of financial facilities Offered by Banque Saudi Fransi

Professional Medical Expertise Company (“ProMedEx”) announces the renewal of the financial facilities contract provided by Saudi Fransi Bank and increasing the financial facilities limit by an amount of 20,000,000.00 Saudi Riyals, so that the total contract after renewal will be 70,000,000.00 Saudi Riyals, in order to finance existing projects and expand business.
The guarantees offered for the financing is promissory note from Professional Medical Expertise Company in solidarity with Messrs. / Al Omran Holding Company
The Credit facility agreement document is dated on 01/12/2024 and the signing of the agreement was completed on Tuesday the 22/01/2025.
