Naseej Tech Signs Framework Agreement with EXPRO

Naseej for Technology Co. announced on Thursday the signing of the Unified Framework Agreement with the Expenditure Efficiency & Projects Authority (EXPRO) to provide Cloud Hosting Services to Beneficiary Government Entities for a period of one year, subject to extension.

According to the Company, the purpose of this Unified Framework Agreement is to agree on the terms and conditions of contracts for providing Cloud Hosting Services to Beneficiary Government Entities, reference prices, and mechanisms and procedures for entering into these contracts between the contractor and the beneficiary entities under purchase orders that the entities have the right to conclude with the contractor later and during the validity of the term of this Unified Framework Agreement under the procedures, terms and conditions agreed upon in this Agreement.

Naseej expects this project to have a positive impact on its financial statements in 2025.
