Marble Design Factory Elects New Board Members for Upcoming Term

Marble Design Factory Company announced that its shareholders have approved the election of six new members to the Board of Directors during the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (first meeting). The new term will commence on February 6, 2025, and will run for four years, concluding on February 5, 2029.

The following individuals were elected to serve on the board:

• Mr. Ahmed bin Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al-Kharashi
• Mr. Abdullah bin Abdulkarim bin Abdullah Al-Muneef
• Eng. Abdullah bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al-Fares
• Dr. Nawaf bin Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Kharashi
• Mr. Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Rashid Al-Rumaizan
• Mr. Fahd bin Abdulmohsen bin Abdullah Al-Mulhim
