Knowledge Tower Appoints Jafnan Al Dosari to Board of Directors

Knowledge Tower Commercial Company announced the appointment of Jafnan Muhammed Majed Al Dosari as an executive member of its Board of Directors. This appointment fills a vacant position on the Board and will remain effective until the end of the current Board’s term.

In a statement on “Tadawul,” the company clarified that the Board’s approval is provisional and the appointment will be submitted for ratification during the next General Assembly meeting.
