Itmam Signs Consulting Services Contract with Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Itmam Consultancy Co. announced on Tuesday the signing of a contract for the Consulting Services Project for Studying the Formation of the Legal Committee with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with a value exceeding (10%) of the Company’s total revenues for the fiscal year 2023.

The Company explained in a statement on “Tadawul” that the project aims to provide Consulting Services Project for Studying the Formation of the Legal Committee for a period of 18 months.

Itmam Consulting expects this contract to have a positive financial impact on its financial results for the year 2025-2026.

The company confirmed that the necessary signatures were completed and a copy of the contract was received at the end of the working day on Monday, January 27, 2025.
