Ghida Al-Sultan Assembly to Vote on Election of BOD on February 13

Ghida Al-Sultan for Fast Food Company invited its shareholders to attend and vote in the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), scheduled for February 13, 2025. The meeting will be conducted virtually through modern technological means.

According to the company’s statement on “Tadawul,” shareholders will vote on the election of Board of Directors members from the nominated candidates for the upcoming term. The new term will commence on February 13, 2025, and will continue for three years.
