The Canadian Medical Centre Company (CMCER) announced on Thursday the decision of its Board of Directors not to renew the contract of the CEO, Mr. Mohammed Yanouri, based on his request upon the expiration of his contract, which ends on Jan. 23, 2025, as it was agreed that both parties do not wish to continue.
The Board of Directors of the Canadian Medical Centre Company also decided to appoint Abdullah bin Saad Al-Otaibi as CEO, effective Jan. 23, 2025.
According to the Company, Mr. Abdullah bin Saad Al-Otaibi has more than 18 years of experience, where he worked in vital sectors such as banking, oil and gas, and petrochemicals, and held prominent leadership positions, including Business Development Manager, Middle East Sales Manager, and Regional Manager.
He also held a number of leadership positions within the Company, reaching the position of Deputy CEO, based on the recommendation of the Compensation and Nomination Committee.
