CATRION Opens Electronic Voting for Extraordinary General Assembly Agenda

CATRION Catering Holding Co. announced on Wednesday the commencement of electronic voting on the agenda items of its Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting). Voting will remain open until the conclusion of the assembly.

This follows CATRION’s prior announcement on Tadawul dated December 12, 2024, inviting shareholders to attend the assembly, which is scheduled for Sunday, January 5, 2025, at 6:30 PM via modern technology platforms.
