CATRION Assembly Elects 9 Members to BOD

CATRION Catering Holding Co. announced on Monday the results of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) held on Sunday, where the items included approval of the election of 9 members to the Board of Directors from among the candidates for the next session, which begins on Jan. 26, 2025, for three Gregorian years ending on Jan. 25, 2028, by electing the following members:

– Mohammed ‎Abdulaziz Al Sarhan

– Mushal Abdulmohsen Alhokair

– Fahad Abdullah Moussa

– Faisal Saeed Sabbagh

– Joza Abdulmohsen Al Rasheed

– Fadi Michel Majdalani

– Wajdy Mohammed Al Ghabban

– Abdulwahab Abdulkarim Albetari

– Eyad Adam Buhulaiga

It was also approved to amend Article (4) of the Company’s Bylaws related to the Company’s purposes.
