Batic subsidiary signs civil security services agreement

BATIC Investment and Logistics Company announced that its subsidiary, Arabian Security and Safety Services Company (Amnco), has signed a three-year framework agreement with Rua Al Haram Al Makki Company for purchase orders following mutual agreement between the parties.

According to a statement on Tadawul, the agreement is expected to have a positive financial impact on the company, which will be reflected starting from the date of receipt of the first purchase orders.
