Banan Real Estate Company announced on Wednesday that its subsidiary, Al-Aziza Real Estate Investment and Development Company, has renewed its workshop rental contract with the Arabian Company for Fans for one year. The contract is valued at SAR 1.03 million.
According to the company’s statement on “Tadawul,” this renewal is anticipated to positively impact the company’s revenues and financial results starting from the first quarter of the 2025 fiscal year.
