BAAN Holding Secures SAR 436 Million Contract for Services in NEOM

BAAN Holding Group announced on Wednesday that it has been awarded a project to provide catering and accommodation services at a residential complex in NEOM, managed by Sustainable Services Company, a subsidiary of Al Mutlaq Real Estate Investment Company (AREIC).

The contract, valued at approximately SAR 436 million, extends for nearly six years, concluding on December 31, 2030. It includes catering and food services for the Modern Village Complex, one of NEOM’s residential villages. The project’s value is subject to the village’s occupancy rate and the number of its residents.
