Almujtama Medical Secures SAR 45 Million Credit Facility from Alinma Bank

Almujtama Alraida Medical Co. announced on Monday the signing of a credit facility agreement with Alinma Bank worth SAR 45 million, consisting of:

– SAR 35 million revolving facility to purchase goods.

– SAR 10 million revolving facility for capital expenditures.

The Company stated in a statement today on “Tadawul” that the financing duration is 3 years, for the purpose of financing working capital requirements and capital expenditures, indicating that the guarantees provided in exchange for the financing are represented by a promissory note.
