Al-Rashed Industrial Appoints Ahmed Al-Mohsen as Board Member and Audit Committee Chair

Al-Rashed Industrial Company announced the Board of Directors’ resolution, dated Jan. 6, 2025, approving the appointment of Ahmed bin Abdul Rahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Mohsen as an independent member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Al-Mohsen’s appointment is to complete the term of his predecessor, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.

The Board extended its best wishes to Al-Mohsen for success in his new role, emphasizing its confidence in his ability to contribute to the company’s governance and oversight functions.
