Al-Naqool BOD Approves Establishment of Subsidiary for General Contracting Services

Mohammad Hassan Al-Naqool Sons Co. announced on Wednesday the Board of Directors’ decision to approve the establishment of a limited liability subsidiary company headquartered in Dammam, specialised in providing general contracting services.

According to the announcement published on “Tadawul”, the subsidiary company will be fully owned by Mohammad Hassan Al-Naqool Sons Co. by 100%, with a capital of 100,000 one hundred thousand Saudi riyals.

The Company explained that this decision comes within the framework of its strategy aimed at enhancing growth, expanding its business and diversifying sources of income.

Al-Naqool confirmed that the establishment procedures will be completed and all necessary regulatory approvals and licenses will be obtained from the relevant authorities.
