Al Kathiri Holding announced that its subsidiary, Alian Industry, has entered into a strategic partnership agreement with Italy’s Emmedue, a company specializing in manufacturing and supplying modern construction systems. The partnership will establish a joint venture operating in accordance with Saudi laws and regulations.
In a statement on Tadawul, the company explained that the agreement’s purpose is to set up a factory dedicated to manufacturing and selling machinery for producing modern construction panels developed by Emmedue. The factory will also supply raw materials, particularly expanded polystyrene (EPS), used in panel production. These materials will cater to the domestic market in Saudi Arabia and be exported to regional markets, aiming to meet the growing demand for development projects locally and globally.
