Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Co. announced on Tuesday the extension of its Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Korea-based E Green Global (EGG) for an additional 60 days as the current MoU approaches expiration. Discussions between the two parties are still ongoing.
This extension follows the company’s initial announcement on January 23, 2024, regarding the signing of the MoU with EGG to facilitate the transfer of potato seed production technology for local production in Saudi Arabia. It also refers to a previous extension announced on July 21, 2024.
The collaboration aims to advance agricultural technology and localize potato seed production in the Kingdom, contributing to the development of the sector.
