AICC Approves Amendments to Align with New Companies Law

Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co. (AICC) announced on Monday the results of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (Second Meeting), where the voting results were as follows:

– Approval of amending the Company’s Bylaws to comply with the new Companies Law, and re-arranging the Articles of the Bylaws and their numbering, to align with the proposed amendments;

– Approval of amending Article (15) of the Company’s Bylaws, related to the Company’s management; and

– Approval of amending Article (20) of the Company’s Bylaws, pursuant to the Powers of the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Managing Director and Secretary
