ACWA POWER Co. Announces the Results of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), the voting results included the approval of election of the Board members from among the candidates for the next term commencing from 05 January 2025 its duration is four years, ending on 04/01/2029 as follows:
