This was during the 18th edition of the “Telecom Leaders Summit”, which was held on December 10-11, 2024, in Dubai. Zain KSA won the “Best User Experience for Advanced 5.5G Network” award as a result of its efforts and achievements in the field of a distinctive user experience for the advanced 5.5G network in the Kingdom through its continuous investment in modernization, innovation, and designing solutions and services centered around the customer with a comprehensive approach that ensures the provision of these solutions and services to its customer base from various categories to obtain reliable innovative digital services within the telecommunications sector and coverage that includes 6366% of the Kingdom’s population, as evidence of the role played by the company to achieve an integrated digital society that enhances human welfare in the Kingdom. Through the “Best Business Support/Operational Solutions” (BSS/OSS) award, Zain KSA strengthened its position as a leader in the field of next-generation business support systems as well as digital business operating systems, as it achieved a qualitative leap in its business operations by employing the latest managed services to serve its customers, whether individuals or from the private sector, which contributes to providing the best digital experience through sales management, improving billing operations, and simplifying sales operations, which leads to increased efficiency and improved customer satisfaction.
