WSM Board Recommends Transferring SAR 1.4 Million from Statutory Reserve to Retained Earnings
WSM For Information Technology Co. announced on Monday the recommendation of its Board of Directors to the Extraordinary General Assembly to approve the transfer of the Company’s statutory reserve balance, which amounted to 1.48 million riyals as in the financial statements for the first half ended June 30, 2024, to the retained earnings balance.
