WSM announces updates on acquisition of Wasl Technology Information Systems Limited

WSM for Information Technology Co. disclosed the financial data for the past three fiscal years of the asset under the transaction as follows:

• Net assets for fiscal year 2021: SAR 2,120,089

• Net assets for fiscal year 2022: SAR 6,094,102

• Net assets for fiscal year 2023: SAR 5,452,334

This update follows WSM’s announcement on the Tadawul website on December 30, 2024, regarding the latest developments in signing a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding with the partners of Wasl Technology Information Systems Limited to acquire 100% of the company.
