Tihama Advertising Receives Request from Shareholders to Convene Assembly for Board Member Dismissal

Tihama Advertising, Public Relations, and Marketing Co. announced it had received a formal request from shareholders owning over 10% of the company’s capital, Abdul Aziz Saleh Suleiman Al-Omari and Naghimish Fahd Abdul Hadi Al-Ajmi, to convene a general assembly.

The meeting will allow shareholders to vote on the proposed dismissal of board member Adel Abdul Karim Abdul Aziz Mazy, a non-executive director, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.

Tihama confirmed it would undertake the necessary regulatory steps and provide updates in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
