THARWAH Appoints Financial Advisor for Acquisition of 49% Stake in Amjad Watan

Altharwah Albashariyyah Co. (THARWAH) announced on Thursday the appointment of Mekyal Financial Technologies Company as a financial advisor for the acquisition of 49% of Amjad Watan for Exhibitions and Conferences Management, and the procedures related to it.

This came with reference to the announcement of the Company, Tharwa, on Dec. 02, 2024, about signing a binding Memorandum of Understanding to acquire 49% of Amjad Watan for Exhibitions and Conferences Managemen, a one-person entity.
