Scientific & Medical Equipment House Company announced that its fifth ordinary general assembly (first session) approved the distribution of SAR 30 million in cash dividends for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023. The dividend amounts to SAR 1 per share, equivalent to 10% of the nominal value per share.
The entitlement is reserved for shareholders who own shares at the end of the trading day on the general assembly meeting date and are registered in the shareholder registry with the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day following the record date. Dividend distribution will commence on Wednesday, December 18, 2024.
Additionally, the assembly approved amendments to the Audit Committee charter and the policy governing compensation for board members and executive management.
